Q: Can I buy direct from you, Transistor? I’m a retail customer.

A: Unfortunately, no. We are a manufacturer/distributor and cannot express enough how grateful we are for the small business owners across the country supporting Transistor. We chose to never compete with those we consider dear to us. If there is a local store you would like to see carry Transistor, please let us know the name of the shop, city and state in an email to info@transistorejuice.com and we will reach out to them.

Q: My go-to website(s)/store(s) are out of stock. Where can I find Transistor?

A: If the product is listed on our homepage, then we currently produce it and your go-to provider is most likely just waiting on a restock to arrive shortly. If you do not see the product you are searching for on our homepage, please read the next FAQ question below.

Q: I can’t find a specific Transistor flavor anywhere. Do you still produce it?

A: Yes and No. Please, let us explain the bad AND not-so-bad news. If the flavor is listed on our homepage, we currently still produce and distribute it. If the flavor you are looking for is not listed on our homepage, it does not necessarily mean it is goodbye forever. The expensive and extensive PreMarket Tobacco Application (PMTA) process has forced us to only submit those feasible in terms of sales numbers. If it is was not submitted, the FDA will not allow us to currently sell it. As testing and submission fees constantly evolve, we do hope to eventually be able to afford bringing back some of those other flavors. If you would like us to contact you if such flavors should become available, please email info@transistorejuice.com and we will save your contact info in the event we relaunch the product.

We are so sorry if one of our flavors was an All-Day-Vape for you and we will do our best to help you find an alternative if possible. We hope you understand that our hands are tied, not just strategically, but also financially when working with government agencies. We also abide by any and all rules and regulations, and do not intend to break nor even bend them. We believe tranquility and happiness stems from a clear conscience.
